Bathroom Face Lift!!

Commercial Bathroom Face Lift

This was a neat Before and After project! The floor was a 90's green tile floor, cabinets in the dated oak finish. Counter top and sink dated as well.

All I can say is "Wow".  A slab of granite, bowl sink, new faucet, Metallic faux finish for the cabinets and textured floor finish can really make over a room!

I am responsible for the cabinets which are done in a three layer metallic finish.  To start the floor update, I troweled on a granite product over a 2 part epoxy primer . Finished with a 2 tone glaze treatment and sealed with 2 coats of floor finish.

METALLIC BEDROOM WALLS

I'm so please with how the finished turned out for this beautiful bedroom. Several layers of Metallic wax!

Just Finished..... another ceiling! I'm smiling about it too!

Close up of ceiling.... Colors a little off. The above is true to color.
In the last year and a half I've done more ceilings than my whole 14 years of faux finishing! This is by far one of my favorites. There's a rich burnt brown (custom) as my base that makes the crackle technique work perfectly. There's a gold metallic mixed in there with another stain and seal of gold and ebony. Just what the happy customer wanted!

Next up is a set of cabinets that I'm just painting the trim pieces for the cabinet maker.... but I'll have to show them off; they are the most unique set of cabinets I've ever seen!

METALLIC CEILING FAUX

My latest finish! This is a beautiful new home that a wonderful family will be enjoying. I've done this entry ceiling faux on the barrel ceiling. I also did a metallic finish in the Master Bedroom ceiling. I'll be posting those soon!
